Mr. YOSHIHARA is the Director of System Safety and Space Operations Safety Unit in JAXA, also serving as a chairman of JAXA System Safety Review Panel. 
He is a head of JAXA delegations in the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordinbation Committee (IADC). 
He joined JAXA, former NASDA in 1995 and is an expert on system safety engineering including launch and re-entry safety. 
He assisted NSPS to establish the guidelines for a spacecraft performing on-orbit servicing and other technical studies for guidelines under the Japanese Space Activity Act.
