Ashok G.V., is a partner at Factum Law and Allied Law Practices. In addition to his work as a litigator, Ashok advises both Government and the Private Sector on space law and policy, intellectual property rights protection, management and enforcement, bilateral agreements for inter-governmental cooperation in space and general commercial contracts. He has also authored articles and papers on space law and policy with Indian and foreign newspapers, magazines and journals. Ashok is invited by law schools, engineering and management colleges and universities, governments and think tanks to deliver lecutres on international trade and investment law in the field of space activities, liability related to military activities in relation to space, cybersecurity in space and space situational awareness.
